AXA: supporting sustainable claims

M&S Money, who's home insurance is underwritten by AXA Insurance UK, are now replacing claims for white goods with models that are at least 'A' rated for energy efficiency - even if at greater cost to the insurer. Any building work following a claim will also be carried out in accordance with the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, at no extra cost to the customer
