F&C has published its latest research report focused on Sustainable Real Estate Securities.  The report identifies the key environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues that threaten the sector and also highlights best practices for managing ESG risks and capturing opportunities.  This includes a section focused on property resiliency, which is likely an area of interest for ClimateWise members.

F&C also benchmarked 38 global property companies on their ESG practices, the results of which are disclosed in Appendix A.  Appendix B focuses on responses received from 19 companies to its Sustainable Real Estate Survey (included in Appendix C).
